We want to make you aware of a fee change for your account(s) held at National Financial Services (NFS). Paper Subscription Fee: NFS will begin charging a $9/quarter subscription fee for statements and confirmations when eDelivery is not the designated delivery method. The fee will be charged to your statement, regardless of the number of mailings each quarter. Avoid Paper Fees by Enrolling in eDelivery through the Avantax Client Portal. If you require assistance, please contact our office. You can also enable eDelivery when you register for the AdviceWorks Client Portal in September. Your eDelivery settings should be updated by Dec. 15 to avoid the fee. We encourage you to register for eDelivery of all your important statements. You’ll receive immediate notice once documents are available, it’s more secure and it reduces paper consumption. Coming Soon! The AdviceWorks Client Portal update this fall will include a native app, increasing accessibility to your investment accounts and documents on the go.
